Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team in Kingswood, Hull. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high standard of care and support we provide to our residents. This includes managing staff, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise care home staff to ensure they are meeting the needs of our residents.
  • Oversee daily operations, including maintenance, laundry, and housekeeping services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required by regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in healthcare-related field (e.g., nursing, social work).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a care home setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
