The Role:

- Providing personal care and support to clients with complex needs.
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Preparing meals and snacks according to client preferences.
- Supporting clients with mobility and transfers.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be physically fit and able to lift and move clients as required. A full UK driver's licence and your own vehicle are essential for this position. In line with CQC regulations, we require Enhanced DBS/PVG checks and proof of right to work in the UK.
What We Offer:
In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £13.11 - £18.03 per hour, paid weekly. You will also receive a range of benefits including pension scheme, Blue light card, and enhanced maternity/paternity and adoption schemes.
