**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver care services to clients in their own homes
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families

**Requirements:**
* 1+ year of experience in complex care or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

**What We Offer:**
* Competitive salary: £13.11 - £18.03 per hour (equivalent to approximately £26,000 - £35,000 per annum)
