We are currently seeking an experienced nurse to join our community pediatric team, providing specialized care to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high standards of individualized care and support to children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families.
  • Supervise children in the absence of their parents or carers, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Maintain effective communication with all members of the care team, including students and other staff.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of end-of-life care, working closely with our end-of-life team leader.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of palliative care principles, family-centered care, and lone working in community settings. They will be able to communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
