At beBee Professionals in Kingswood, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing patient care, administering treatments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and Monitor Patient Health: Assess patients' health, administer medications and treatments as required, and monitor their progress to ensure optimal care.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
- Provide Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on treatment options, disease management, and healthy living practices.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Education and Licensure: A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the relevant nursing board.
- Work Experience: Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting, with a strong focus on patient care and communication.
- Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
