The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join our team at our Kingswood location, close to Nepean Hospital and Somerset Hospital.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Patient bookings and inquiries
  • Reporting and data management
  • Administrative support for medical staff
  • Communication with healthcare professionals
  • Supporting specialists and sonographers to deliver outstanding patient care

A competitive salary of $56,000 - $61,000 per annum is offered for this part-time role, requiring a commitment of 2 days per week.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • A patient-centred approach to healthcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
  • Previous experience in medical administration or a related field
  • Familiarity with Karisma/Kestral Radiology software system
  • GE Viewpoint software system experience advantageous
