Job Overview
This exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Mental Health Support Worker to join our dynamic team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to individuals with mental health needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation.
  • Encouraging and facilitating social interactions and activities to promote mental well-being.
  • Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individual care plans.

Requirements
