Job Description
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualised care to adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. Your key duties will include:
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation.
- Encouraging and facilitating social interactions and activities to promote mental well-being.
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individual care plans.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:
- A caring and compassionate approach to working with individuals with mental health needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively within a team.
- A Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
