Customer Experience Professional

We are seeking a Customer Experience Professional to join our team at In Digital, a leading digital growth agency in Covent Garden.

This role will involve developing and implementing testing strategies for clients, analysing and evaluating experiments, and prioritising insights and testing strategy to deliver ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing testing strategies for clients
  • Aligning testing plans to business objectives
  • Analysing and evaluating experiments to drive ROI

Salary: £50k dependent on experience.
