About the Role

In this critical role, you will source and screen candidates for various volunteer positions across the organization. As a key member of our People Team, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support the delivery of the Pride in London event.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential volunteers through job boards, social media, and community outreach.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' suitability for volunteer roles.
  • Create compelling volunteer role descriptions that showcase the responsibilities and expectations of each position.
  • Utilize Teamtailor to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups with applicants.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community groups and networks to create a robust pipeline of potential volunteers.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies to meet those needs.

Earned Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
