Senior Volunteer Coordinator Needed

Based in London, this full-time role requires a 37-hour week commitment, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. There may be occasional unsocial hours and weekends involved.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Volunteer Coordinator to lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of volunteers providing essential services for children and families.

The ideal candidate will ensure that volunteers are equipped to offer safe and impactful support while adhering to safeguarding frameworks and organizational policies.

About You
  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent.
  • Be able to travel to the centre of London as required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to deliver our core services.
  • Ensure all volunteers adhere to safeguarding guidelines and our organization's policies.
