Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new volunteering opportunities that align with sector trends, community needs, and site requirements.
- Manage volunteer recruitment, training, support, retention, and recognition across all areas of our work.
- Evaluate and improve the volunteer program to ensure it meets time, budget, and quality standards.

- A competitive salary of GBP29,343 per annum, commensurate with skills, experience, and location.
