About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Volunteering Team Manager to join our Domestic Abuse Support team at Hestia Charity. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced professional to lead our volunteering efforts and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Line manage volunteer coordinators supporting our domestic abuse service.
  • Coordinate, recruit, and support volunteers in line with Hestia's recruitment processes.
  • Collate and report on impact, insight, and successes of volunteering programmes to our funders, partners, and internally.
  • Coordinate celebration events, forums, opportunities for women across our Domestic abuse services involving partners, external partners, and stakeholders.

About You:

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to deliver projects on time and in budget.
  • Experience of writing reports.
  • Ability to provide guidance and support to staff, volunteers, peers, and service users in a professional and empowering way.
  • Experience of working in a team, providing appropriate professional advice and expertise to take projects from planning to completion.
