Volunteer Program Manager for Festivals and Events

We are seeking a highly skilled Volunteer Program Manager to lead the administration and organization of our volunteer resource at the 67th BFI London Film Festival.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with volunteers within a festival or events environment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, schedule, train, supervise, and support festival volunteers
  • BUILD effective relationships with key contacts across BFI and stakeholder organizations
  • Communicate effectively and tactfully with stakeholders at all levels

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate organisational skills, prioritise tasks, and manage deadlines. They will also be able to identify and seize opportunities to improve the festival's volunteer program.
