About the Role:

We are seeking a Director of Volunteer Experience to join our team at nationalmuseums.org. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our volunteer engagement strategy, ensuring that our volunteers are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management, with a strong background in volunteer engagement and management. You will be responsible for managing and developing our volunteer program, including recruitment, training, and evaluation, as well as building and maintaining relationships with volunteers, staff, and external partners.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
