Kitchen and Bathroom Service Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen and Bathroom Service Delivery Lead to join our team at Property Plus. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams of trades operatives and ensuring high-quality services are delivered to customers.
The role involves leading a team to provide an outstanding "right first time" service to customers, ensuring a flexible, productive, coordinated, and efficient Kitchen/bathroom installation service is provided. This includes diagnosing and prioritizing specific work activities and tasks, and managing the team to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of trades operatives to ensure high-quality services are delivered to customers
- Diagnose and prioritize specific work activities and tasks to meet deadlines
- Manage the team to ensure a flexible, productive, coordinated, and efficient Kitchen/bathroom installation service is provided
- Produce reports for management and handle data for reporting purposes
- Ensure compliance with current building regulations, construction industry safety regulations, relevant British standards, and codes of practice
