We have an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Operations Team Member to join our team at Punch Pubs.

The salary range for this position is £17,000 - £21,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves being part of our dynamic kitchen team where you will help prepare meals to our specifications and deliver dishes that meet customer satisfaction. Although experience is not necessary, we will provide comprehensive training.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food according to guidelines
  • Prepare meals in advance for guest arrival
  • Clean and sanitise food preparation areas as per laws and company regulations
  • Modify food items for guests with special requirements
  • Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure proper food handling
  • Operate kitchen machinery and equipment
  • Portion, arrange and garnish food to suit client tastes
  • Support other cooks during meal preparation
  • Adhere to strict food safety protocols
  • Thoroughly clean the kitchen area after service
  • Effectively manage stock levels
