**About the Role**
Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of care homes and specialist care services in the UK, delivering high-quality care and support to thousands of older people and those with complex needs.
The role of a Senior Care Assistant at one of our care homes involves looking after the different needs of residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support.
You will work closely with the Deputy General Manager and supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants. Your responsibilities will include supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.
We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
