We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Care Operations Professional to join our team at Leaders in Care in Ipswich.

About the Role

In this senior role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our care homes, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and provide high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage care homes, ensuring the right people are recruited and trained.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial and business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and industry standards, managing risks effectively.
  • Enhance the quality of care and environment for residents.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing operations in a care home or similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management and compliance in the care home industry.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • NMC registration is desirable but not essential.

The salary for this role is £60,000 - £65,000 per year, with additional benefits including a comprehensive induction and training programme, opportunities for career development, a monthly car allowance, and an excellent performance-related bonus.
