About the Role

Your responsibilities will include supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care planning, and reviews.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
