Care Home Operations Lead

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Care Home Operations Lead to join our team at Leaders in Care in Ipswich.
About the RoleIn this role, you'll be responsible for leading and managing our care homes, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and provide high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Manage care homes, including recruitment and training of staff.
- Oversee financial and business performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with laws and industry standards, mitigating risks.
- Enhance the quality of care and environment for residents.
- Proven experience in managing operations in a care home or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of financial management and compliance in the care home industry.
- A full UK driving licence.
- NMC registration is desirable but not essential.
The salary for this role is £60,000 - £65,000 per year, with additional benefits including a comprehensive induction and training programme, opportunities for career development, a monthly car allowance, and an excellent performance-related bonus.
