About Norfolk Care


We provide home care services to individuals, enabling them to remain in their own homes and live independently.


As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our customers.


About the Role


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, household duties, and companionship to our customers.


You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care and support, tailored to their individual needs.


What We Offer


We pay an estimated £11.50 per hour, which is higher than other home care providers in the area.


Flexible working hours are available to suit your personal commitments.


Ongoing training and development opportunities are provided to help you grow and develop in your role.


We also offer mileage reimbursement for visits, making it easier for you to get to and from our customers' homes.


Requirements


To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently.


Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable but not essential.
