Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Team Lead to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our sales team to achieve sales targets, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising, housekeeping, and stock replenishment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including processing shipments and resetting merchandise.
  • Expense Control: Protect company assets and manage expenses in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
  • Previous Retail Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Methodical and thorough, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Flexible and able to work additional hours as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Leadership Experience: Previous leadership experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
