This part-time position is for 25 hours per week, offering a great opportunity for individuals who value work-life balance.

As a Mobile Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of Residential/Social Housing sites in the Colchester area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Dusting and cleaning of walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames
  • Sweeping and mopping floors using brushes, dust control mops, and wet or damp mops
  • Hovering of carpeted areas to maintain a clean and tidy environment
  • Emptying waste bins and transporting waste material to designated collection points
  • Mixing cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use
  • Replenishing consumable items such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels
  • Cleaning toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks
  • Cleaning communal kitchen areas
