About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team at Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions. As a Mobile Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness at various locations in the CO postcode area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a variety of cleaning tasks, including mopping, toilet cleaning, washing walls, vacuuming, emptying bins, and dusting and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Operate a range of cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners and cleaning solutions.
  • Work independently, organizing your own time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and managers, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Naturally friendly and able to communicate effectively with customers and managers.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work on your own initiative.
