The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our dynamic Contact Centre. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by leading and motivating a team of contact centre representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to the contact centre team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and implement innovative solutions to optimize contact centre operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a call centre environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
