Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Fee Earner to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Family Law Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our established team and providing specialist legal advice and representation to clients presenting with family law issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a realistic and manageable case load dealing with all private work, including divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, and separation.
  • Provide specialist legal advice, assistance, and representation to clients in areas such as financial settlements, arrangements for children, pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements, and injunctions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to their family law issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve excellent client outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in family law legislation and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Family Law Fee Earner or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of family law legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work part-time, with a minimum of 3 full days per week.
