Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Director to join our team in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive business growth and develop strategic partnerships with travel providers and group demand partners.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel owners, property managers, and industry leaders.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and exploring innovative ways to increase revenue streams.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate deals.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a bonus structure. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about the hospitality industry, we encourage you to apply.
