Sales and Revenue Growth

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our cluster sales efforts in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and maximizes occupancy across our two hotels, Novotel Manchester Centre and Ibis 96 Portland Street.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the cluster's revenue goals
  • Solicit group, transient, and banquet business to achieve sales objectives
  • Negotiate prices and close contracts to maximize revenue
  • Participate in tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events to establish the cluster's presence in the Manchester marketplace
  • Maintain accurate records of client activity and business details

Requirements

  • Proven track record in hospitality or corporate sales
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience in setting and delivering on challenging sales targets
  • Knowledge and awareness of the Manchester marketplace
