Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Youth Welfare Manager to join our team at CV-Library. As a Youth Welfare Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to students residing in our boarding house, while also helping with daily tasks and activities, including Open Days and other events.

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, particularly during Open Days and other House events. The successful candidate will be approachable, friendly, and possess basic ICT skills. In addition to your experience and skills, you should have a caring and approachable personality, with prior experience working with young adults.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide care and support to students residing in the boarding house
  2. Help with daily tasks and activities, including Open Days and other events
  3. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all students
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A caring and approachable personality
  • Prior experience working with young adults
  • Basic ICT skills
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £39,000 - £43,000 per annum, plus benefits such as enhanced holiday entitlement, contributory pension scheme, and discounted membership for Sports Centre & Golf Club.
