We are looking for a skilled Youth Development Professional to join our team at CV-Library in Bournemouth, Dorset.

As an Education Support Specialist, you will work with primary and secondary students who require additional support due to emotional, social, and educational needs.

You will build strong relationships with students and help them overcome challenges such as family issues, peer pressure, and academic stress.

You will also help students develop essential life skills, including problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and communication.

Foster a supportive environment that encourages students to reach their full potential and become confident individuals.

Demonstrate positive behaviours, values, and attitudes that inspire young people to learn from your example.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience working with young people, particularly those with challenging behaviour or complex needs.
  • Able to adapt to individual student needs and provide tailored support.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new DBS if required.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
Compensation and Working Conditions

The hourly rate for this role is £20. You will work between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Term time only), in Bournemouth, Dorset.
