Youth Welfare Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Worker to join our team at Budwood Ltd, providing care and support to children and young people with complex needs. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a passionate and dedicated individual who can make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support, promoting the welfare and well-being of our residents. This includes providing individualized care packages, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, and working collaboratively as part of a small team. You will also need to cover sicknesses, annual leave, and varying hours/shifts as needed.
We offer a competitive salary of £11.17 per hour (dependent on qualification and experience) and a range of benefits, including a sleep-in allowance of £64 per night, holiday accrual, and monthly clinical and professional supervisions.
