This role is a key part of our Family and Relationships programme, focusing on the management of our Child Contact Centre. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and volunteers to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to spend time with their parents or other significant caregivers.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £38,000-£42,000, depending on experience.

Main duties will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the Child Contact Centre, ensuring a smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Coordinating with local agencies and organisations to facilitate referrals and partnerships
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance the centre's effectiveness
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting to stakeholders, including statistics and case files
