About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Leader to join our team at Charles Tyrwhitt. As a key member of our store leadership structure, you will be responsible for influencing and exceeding sales targets, maximising KPI goals, and ensuring excellent customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence and exceed sales targets by leading and working alongside the sales team to identify and capitalise on sales opportunities.
  • Maximise KPI goals by managing customer appointments, recognising and coaching great performance, and building lasting relationships with customers.
  • Drive operational metrics of the store by training the team on CT's service and selling standards, encouraging the use of commercial reports, VM directives, and courses on the Tyrwhitt Academy.
Requirements
  • Previous retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate others to achieve high standards.
  • Coaching and leadership skills, with a strong focus on developing the skills of others.
  • Highly commercial with strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of stock management and loss prevention procedures, with the ability to implement effective controls.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and stakeholder/customer management experience.
