Job Description

The Sales and Service Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of colleagues to achieve outstanding results in sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
  • Raise standards of customer service and ensure excellent communication with customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business success
