Role Summary
The Facilities Asset Planner is a critical member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities' assets. This position involves planning and coordinating maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures and downtime, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve asset performance.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Planning and scheduling preventative maintenance activities
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure efficient execution of tasks
  • Analysing equipment performance data and recommending improvements
  • Developing and maintaining key performance indicators for the maintenance function
  • Supporting the budgeting process for the department
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
  • Managing relationships with external contractors and suppliers

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Relevant qualifications in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience with CMMS, SAP or Shire
  • Extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

What We Offer
