Temporary Office Administrator

Owing to extended sick leave International Drilling Services Ltd in Chesterfield currently has a vacancy for a part time Office Administrator.
Responsibilities include:
Operating & maintaining the company database for sales & purchase order processing.
Overseeing & maintaining administrative & filing systems, maintaining supplies of office equipment & stationery. Monitor the condition of the office & liaise with office & production management for necessary procurement requirements.
Recording office expenditure & managing the office budget.
Working with the MD to liaise with UK & international clients & suppliers, organise export paperwork & meetings.
Maintaining the staff schedule & holiday planner.
General office duties including answering the phone & responding to customer & supplier enquiries.
Skills required:
Good IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) or similar. Experience with SAGE sales & purchase order processing a benefit. The applicant must be organised, conscientious with an attention to detail & be able to work individually & as part of a team. Good oral & communication skills are an asset.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
