Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general clerical duties and filing documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Utilise computerised systems such as accounting systems, excel and Microsoft word for various administrative tasks
**Skills**:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in clerical duties and office management procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and computerised systems
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Experience with sales and purchase ledgers is desirable.
Salary is negotiable for the right person.
