Doordeals are looking to recruit an Office administrator. Ideally we require someone with previous experience in an administrative role but this is not essential.

The key skills we are looking for in the successful applicant are to have a high attention to detail. Be able to spot a mistake, prioritize their work load and work in a fast paced environment. Although you are joining an office team you will be handling your own work load and processes. The role does not include sales, but it does include written & verbal communication with both customers and suppliers on a daily basis.

The role will include:

- Liaising with customers to confirm orders, advise if items are out of stock, gather additional information as necessary and keep them informed on the progress of orders.
- Dealing promptly and effectively with customer requests and queries, including invoice queries, to meet required time-scales.
- Liaising & building relationships with suppliers, checking order confirmations and advising of discrepancies
- Work closely with the accounts team. Making sure process are followed. Delivering information from the office to the accounts Dept.
- Liaise daily with Warehouse managers to ensure they are aware of what goods are due in & any potential issues
- Working with members of the Sales, Marketing and Operations teams, to identify issues, propose solutions and take part in projects to contribute to operational and sales efficiency
- Creating and managing a system of work to ensure outstanding tasks and queries are followed through to a conclusion.
- Be proactive by looking for efficiencies in all processes and raising these to your supervisor in an appropriate manner

**Requirements**:

- An understanding of Microsoft Windows products and technologies.
- Excellent organisation and administration skills.
- Thrives when working to time constraints.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Key eye for attention to detail.
- A proactive working mindset.
- Data driven and process oriented.
