We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will provide essential support to HR and administrative operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes while covering a range of tasks across HR, accounting, and document management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and track staff holidays, absences, and sickness, ensuring up-to-date records are maintained.
  • Process and manage staff expenses, ensuring they are appropriately recorded and submitted.
  • E nsure new Health & Safety policies are followed and record training completion for all relevant staff.
  • Process invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintain and organize shared files and documents, ensuring easy access and proper filing.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in HR support, administration, or similar roles, with strong working knowledge of Excel for tracking and recording data. Familiarity with Sage Payroll or similar payroll systems is also desirable.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
