About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Client Success & Insight Expert to join our team at Vertical Advantage. As a key member, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, design and implement research-related to brand lift, and develop actionable strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement research related to brand lift, analysing data and translating results into creative story-driven and actionable client reports.
  2. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, tech, client strategy, and marketing teams, to drive business growth and maximise impact.

Salary Details:
  • £40,000 - £45,000 per year
  • Additional 10% bonus scheme
