Client Success Strategist

This exciting opportunity is part of our Mid Market Client Success team at Rewardgateway. We are looking for a talented individual who can deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
Job Description:
- Manage a portfolio of circa 45 accounts with employee sizes between 500 to 2500.
- Develop close, long-term client relationships to create loyalty and partnership.
- Anticipate and handle client enquiries efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients and products, ensuring fast time-to-value.
- Work closely with the Account Manager to retain clients and ensure successful renewals.
What You'll Get:

Requirements:

- Consistent record of high customer satisfaction and NPS scores.
