Main Responsibilities

As a key member of the team, you will be working with disabled children and young people ages 0-19, providing all levels of support to complex children with disabilities. You will also work countywide across Gloucestershire, utilizing your expertise to make a positive impact on their lives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Degree or equivalent in social work, current Social Work England registration, and significant frontline experience in Children's Services working as a Social Worker. Additionally, you should have strong assessment, planning, and direct work tools, as well as hybrid working arrangements that include regular face-to-face meetings.

We offer a competitive salary of £41 per hour (assignment rate), allowing you to maximize your earning potential while making a real difference in the lives of our clients.
