Executive Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive Support Coordinator. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, including English and Mathematics, and proven experience of at least 3 years in an Executive Assistant or similar senior administrative role.
The salary for this position is £31,000 per annum, which includes a range of benefits such as flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development. Temporary ongoing opportunities are available.
The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills, and excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage complex diaries and coordinate multiple priorities. They will also have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to senior management
- Manage filing systems and ensure all records are kept up to date
- Monitor and manage expenses
- Provide general support across various departments
