The Churchill Retirement Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator to support the Managing Director of our Planning Issues team. This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover position based in our stunning Head Office in Ringwood.
As a Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a busy and varied workload, ensuring all deadlines are met and workload schedules are managed. Your duties will include organizing Public Consultations, collating planning application and planning appeal documentation, and handling incoming calls and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the diary of the Managing Director of Planning Issues
- Book meetings, travel, and accommodation for team members
- Assist in the compilation and binding of reports
- Typing letters and minutes in accordance with company standard formats
- Invoice management, raising purchase orders, and completing the purchasing process using COINS
- Public Consultation arrangement
- Receiving and handling incoming post and collating outgoing post
We are looking for a self-motivated, personable individual with proven experience in a Senior Administration role or as a Secretary, PA, or Executive Assistant. You will have excellent organizational skills, a friendly 'can-do' attitude, and pride yourself on your attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
You will also have all-round IT skills, including MS Office and experience of databases. Flexibility and effective communication are key to managing a varied and busy workload.
