Job Overview

We are partnering with a prestigious award-winning solicitors firm in Christchurch, Dorset to recruit an experienced Legal Trust Administrator.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for screening telephone calls and enquiries, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support to the Fee Earners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Screening of incoming telephone calls, emails, and requests, and handling them appropriately
  • Monitoring voice messages and taking any telephone messages in the Fee Earner's absence
  • Preparing and sending letters on behalf of the Fee Earners
  • Occasional support on miscellaneous projects or for other senior staff when time permits

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Legal Trust Administrator, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
