About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Trust Administrator to join a prestigious Solicitors firm in Ringwood, Dorset.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for the department, handling telephone calls, enquiries, and requests with professionalism and poise.
- Screen and manage emails, faxes, and post, recording these on Visual Files with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organise and maintain diaries, making appointments and arranging meetings with clients and colleagues.
- Prepare and produce documents, reports, and correspondence as required, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Assist Fee Earners with preparation for meetings, providing refreshments where necessary.
- Support the team with tasks such as producing invoices, reporting billed figures, and ensuring client files are up to date.
