About the Role
This varied senior administrative role will support the Divisional Directors, coordinating meetings, taking minutes, liaising with Senior Executives, and completing expenses. You'll be responsible for identifying priorities, finding ways to add value, and providing administration support across various tasks and projects. The successful candidate will have a structured approach to their work, strong IT skills, and experience supporting multiple Senior Directors or Executives.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You'll be highly proactive, diligent, and able to think on your feet. A background in supporting multiple Senior Directors or Executives is essential.
