About the Role

This is a varied and diverse senior administrative support role where you will be responsible for coordinating an active calendar of meetings, taking minutes, liaising with Senior Executive Directors, and providing administration support across various tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating executive calendars to ensure efficient use of time
  • Taking accurate and comprehensive minutes of key meetings, including Division Board meetings
  • Liaising with Senior Executive Directors to provide administrative support
  • Organizing and completing expenses on a monthly basis
  • Producing letters and documents as required
  • Identifying priorities and finding ways to add value and support
  • Following up on requests for information and outstanding reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supporting multiple Senior Directors or Executives
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to work
  • Ability to work outside of routine, think on your feet, and enjoy a varied set of responsibilities
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft packages and minute-taking
