Assistant Site Manager Opportunity

We are pleased to represent FBR Construction Recruitment, a reputable recruitment agency with a strong focus on quality and excellence in the construction industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Site Manager, working on new developments in the residential sector. Based near Ringwood, you will work Monday to Friday, assisting the site manager and contributing to the delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Materials Management: Order and manage materials efficiently to ensure timely project completion.
  2. Site Assistance: Provide support to the site manager, ensuring seamless project execution.
  3. Trade Management: Effectively manage tradespeople, promoting collaboration and productivity.
  4. Proactivity: Identify and address potential issues promptly, maintaining a proactive approach on site.
  5. Inductions and Customer Care: Deliver excellent customer experiences through thorough inductions and ongoing support.
  6. CMLs and Handovers: Ensure smooth handovers and maintain accurate records of completed projects.
  7. Health and Safety: Prioritize health and safety, maintaining a high standard on all sites.

To succeed in this role, you must possess CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid qualifications. A professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage trades with confidence are essential. As a team player, you will be expected to foster long-lasting working relationships and contribute to a positive company culture.
